Information we collect

Aura Peptide Co. collects only what is required to fulfil an order: your name, email address, optional phone number, shipping address and the contents of your order. If you create an account we also store your login identifier through our authentication provider.

If you contact us through the enquiry form we store your name, email address and the message you send so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

How we use it

Your information is used to process and dispatch orders, to reconcile bank transfers, to provide tracking updates, and to answer support enquiries. We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

We may send transactional email about an order you placed. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and any marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Payment data

We do not collect or store card numbers. Orders are settled by Australian bank transfer directly between your bank and ours, so your card and banking credentials never pass through this website.

Who we share it with

Australia Post receives the name and address needed to deliver your parcel. Our hosting and database provider stores order records on our behalf under contract. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

We disclose information to a law enforcement or regulatory body only where we are legally compelled to do so.

Storage and security

Order and enquiry records are held in an access-controlled database with row-level security, so a customer can only read their own records. Administrative access is limited to named staff and protected by individual accounts.

We retain order records for seven years to meet Australian tax and record-keeping obligations. Enquiry records are removed once the matter is resolved and no longer needed.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and local-storage entries to keep your cart contents and, if you sign in, your session. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to retain. Email support@aurapeptideco.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter, you may escalate the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and note the change on the site. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
