Terms & conditions
The conditions that apply to every order placed through this site.
1. Research use only
Every material supplied by Aura Peptide Co. is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference use. Nothing on this site is a medicine, supplement, cosmetic or therapeutic good, and nothing is approved for human or animal consumption or administration.
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, that you are acquiring the material for lawful research purposes, and that you are qualified to handle laboratory chemicals safely. You accept full responsibility for the storage, handling and lawful use of anything you purchase.
2. No medical advice
We do not provide dosing, protocol, administration or medical guidance of any kind, and we will not answer requests for it. Information published on this site is analytical and handling information only.
3. Ordering and payment
Placing an order creates an offer to purchase; the contract forms when we accept the order and dispatch it. Prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders are settled by Australian bank transfer using the reference shown on your order confirmation. Stock is held for 72 hours from the time an order is placed; if funds have not cleared by then the order may be released back to inventory.
4. Dispatch and delivery
Orders cleared before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from Sydney via Australia Post Express Post. Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for carrier delay outside our control.
Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address supplied. It is your responsibility to supply a correct, deliverable Australian address.
5. Purity guarantee
Every batch is released against a published certificate of analysis. If independent HPLC or LC-MS testing of an unopened vial returns a purity result materially below the figure on its certificate, send us the report with the batch identifier and we will replace the material or refund it in full.
6. Returns and cancellations
Because these are sensitive laboratory materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch.
Material that arrives damaged, incorrect or with a compromised seal is replaced or refunded. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs showing the batch identifier.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the material in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a material outside its stated research purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
The Aura Peptide Co. name, logo, photography and written content on this site are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
