Timeframes begin once funds clear. Orders cleared before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day; anything later goes out the next business morning.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Every parcel is tracked end to end. If Australia Post reports a delay or a scan goes missing, send us your order reference through the contact form and we lodge the enquiry on your behalf. Material that arrives visibly compromised is replaced — photograph the vial with the batch identifier legible and we handle the rest. You can check progress any time on the Track Order page.
