Published, batch-indexed certificates are a standing commitment. 'Available on request' is an opportunity to produce paperwork after the fact.
Two: do batch codes resolve?
Pick a code off a product page and search it. If it does not resolve to a specific certificate with a matching compound and date, traceability is nominal.
Three: is the testing laboratory named?
An unnamed lab cannot be verified. Named third-party laboratories can be looked up, and their accreditation checked.
Four to six: dates, methods, and stock honesty
Test dates should track production dates. Methods and detection wavelength should be stated. And a supplier that never shows anything out of stock is very likely drop-shipping rather than holding inventory.
